The experience of hapé

The ingredients of hapé are ground into a fine powder and then blown into the nasal canal through a ceremonial pipe. It has a cleansing affect on the physical and energy bodies, so purging may occur.  While this purging may be temporarily uncomfortable, the practitioner is releasing deep-seated toxins and stuck emotions, providing a greater sense of expansion, freedom and clear awareness of your Essential Self.  Often times there is a feeling of relief and deep calm that comes with the opening and expansion.

Sessions can take anywhere from 40-60 minutes. Please set aside ample time for yourself before and after.  You'll want to reserve time for yourself to integrate following your session in order to get the most out of it.  If you can do that safely in nature, that is always recommended.
